I'm a strategist who spent 13 years in media figuring out how to help smart, capable people navigate complexity together. Lately, I've been especially invested in the broader challenge of how organizations adapt to AI-driven change.

My background is in content strategy, audience development, and cross-functional product leadership at scale. My focus is on the human side of transformation: how do you help a team actually change how they work, rather than just informing them that change is coming?

I've led AI workflow rollouts used by hundreds of editors, built training programs across major media brands, and served as the connective tissue between editorial, product, engineering, and audience teams for years. I didn't come to this work through a technical path. I came to it through people. I think that's exactly what most AI implementations are missing.

I'm particularly interested in AI safety and the question of how organizations can adopt AI in ways that are genuinely human-centered: building trust, preserving agency, and ensuring that the people most affected by these changes have a voice in how they unfold.
